Each month, The Dinner Club offers different entrees that are naturally gluten-free or that can be made without gluten by substituting a few ingredients. We assemble these dinners leaving out items that contain gluten, and then you add the gluten-free items at home following the instructions we include. We will also replace sides that contain gluten, such as bread or pasta, with gluten-free pastas or a vegetable or rice.

Alani Chicken and Couscous with Citrus-Herb Butter (Sub rice for couscous.)

Carnitas Tacos with Black Bean Salsa (Corn tortillas)

Creamy Basil Chicken (Sub veggies or rice for orzo. Add chicken broth at home.)

Greek Isle Chicken Cavatappi (Sub gluten free pasta.)

Herb-Crusted Pork Tenderloin

Longs Peak Grilled Pork Chops with Roasted Potatoes

Seasoned Beef Tenders with Sun-Dried Tomato Herb Butter

Shrimp with Ginger-Herb Butter (Sub gluten free pasta.)

Thai-Style Grilled Chicken with Flatbread and Tzatziki Sauce (Add Soy Sauce at home. Sub Jasmine Rice or veggie for flatbread.)

August Menu Options

Chicken Gyros with Tzatziki Sauce (we don't have a gluten free flatbread but we can substitute for a different side option)

Grilled Sonoma Glazed Pork Tenderloin (add soy sauce at home)

Honey Mustard Chicken on Pretzel Bread (we don't have a gluten free bun but we can give Sweet Potato Fries instead)
