Matchbook Cabernet SauvignonOur 2020 Matchbook Estate Bottled Cabernet Sauvignon is crafted from grapes grown on the red gravel soils in our Dunnigan Hills vineyard in California. The wine opens with classic Cabernet aromas of chocolate, tobacco, violets and leather. Plush flavors of blackberry, black cherry and mocha are backed with sweet oak and vanilla. The juicy texture is mouth filling and mingles with the fine, dusty tannins in the finish. $19
Pillars of Hercules Red BlendAwarded 93 points from Wine Enthusiast. This unique blend of three Estate Grown reds shows off its robust pedigree in the deep, dark purple color. The aromatics are a beautiful mix of violets, dense black fruit, and chocolate. Juicy flavors of blueberry, boysenberry and blackberry jam are a nice counterpoint to the toasty oak and racy black pepper notes. Dunnigan Hills vineyard in California. $20
R Collection Field Blend, 2020, California (NEW)This 2020 blend bursts with a bouquet of intense dark fruits, cherry, and subtle notes of cinnamon. The palate is dominated by flavors of black cherry and ripe strawberry accented with notes of tea leaf and vanilla. The finish is balanced and long with round, soft tannins. $18
Santa Julia, Mendoza Malbec +, 2015, Argentina $16This wine shows typical Malbec aromas of ripe fruits such as figs, plums and blackberries. On the palate there are further complexities of vanilla, tobacco, coffee and chocolate. This medium to full-bodied wine has soft tannins, good structure and a long finish. $16
Avalon, Pinot Noir, 2018, CaliforniaSourced from California's cool, coastal growing regions and created by Derek Benham, who created Blackstone and Mark West, Avalon Pinot Noir showcases lush and silky cherry notes and ripe red fruit. Extremely approachable and pairs perfectly with roasted chicken, grilled salmon and pizza. $16

Avalon Chardonnay, 2018, CaliforniaCrafted with only Northern California grapes, Avalon Chardonnay takes full advatage of the cool sea breezes of the Sacramento and American river delta. Best as a before dinner drink or with seafood or poultry, Avalon Chardonnay has aromas of golden apple, orange blossom, and baking spices. Full bodied, this vintage has buttery flavors of pear and peach with just a trace of oak. $16
Tortoise Creek Chardonnay (NEW)This lovely Chardonnay is extremely elegant and fresh with lovely aromas of pears, apples and white flowers. Its creamy texture is supported by fresh acidity and a long, clean finish. $17

Wildsong Sauvignon Blanc (NEW)This highly enjoyable Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand is filled with nectarine, grapefruit and rock melon characters with an elegant lime zest lift. The palate is generous and flavorsome with excellent fruit intensity, beautifully structured by juicy acidity. It is long and attractive on the finish. $20
Cline Mourvèdre Rosé, 2020, CaliforniaMade as a Blanc de Noir or "white of a red grape," in the style of a white wine. Aromas of watermelon, strawberries and cream, rosewater, potpourri and candied watermelon. Flavors of watermelon, strawberries, tangy orange and lemon. Light bodied, balanced and refreshing. $16
